Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After numerous phone calls and emails they finally said, "we are out of that product!".

I ordered cat bowls on 12/19/23. I tried to track order but their web site would not let me.

I used the "Contact" button 5 times to find out what was going wrong. Heard nothing back. On 12/29 I had to goggle to get a phone number, since their web stie offers no phone#. The woman who answered the phone was horrible beyond.

She told me they emailed back to confrim that my shipping and billing address were correct? WTH?.

There is nothiing from them in my computer from them in inbox, spam, junk etc...Said they would not ship again till Jan 2nd, That's 14 days from when I placed the order. And won't be at that address.

Terrible products and worse Customer Service. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from them. Read their other reviews. Overall ratings are 1.6. Do not waste your money on 1800PetSupplies. You will be sorry.

Poor customer service.

I ordered flea/tick medication for my pets. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure I received it prior to going on vacation.

It took several days to update the order status. I ordered on 5/28. 6/2 I received an email stating my order should ship soon and the ship date would be 6/7. I emailed to ask for my expedited shipping back.

It does state that most ship within 4-7 days. I believed that expedited shipping would expedite the shipment. Not only did they refuse to refund my shipping charges (my estimate would be a difference in about 2 days for the free shipping if that). I emailed back stating that I did not agree with being charged without receiving my product more quickly.

The product was finally delivered on 6/10.

Almost 2 weeks after I ordered and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service by this company.yOnlD

Called due to updated email saying order placed 2 weeks ago would be shipped yesterday. They said still sitting in the warehouse, no idea when it will be shipped, not allowed to talk to customer service to get a refund. They would send them a message. Have not still heard anything from the company. This was a pricey order.

On APRIL 19th i placed an order for a teal dog bath $150. On APRIL 29th I recieved the order but in RED. The box is clearly marked red but the packing slip states teal. My home is grey and teal ie. The main reason I paid more from 1800petsupplies for it to match my home. I reached out to 1800's customer service for then to ask me to send picture proof (I figure they thought I was color blind). I sent picture proof that the tub was RED. I was told on April 30th that they will have ups pick up the wrong one the beggining of the following week and will ship out the correct one asap. I made sure someone was at home to ensure we did not miss ups, Monday, Tues and weds, on April 5th I tried calling and never got through so I messaged 1800 on facebook asking why the wrong one had not been picked up and where is the tracking number for the correct teal one. I was called by a manager. The MANAGER told me that she would ensure the correct one was sent out on the 5th or the 6th at the latest and in that box would be a return label for the wrong one (story #2) on May 11th i reached out again on Facebook asking why i STILL have not seen the correct one or a tracking email about it. It was explained to me that this item is coming from another manufacturer and they basically take NO RESPONSIBILITY for them screwing up. That they are still awaiting a answer from them on tracking and they would let me know when they get it. Wow!!! Just wow!!! I work for a distributor myself and when a manufacturer makes a mistake I ensure it is taken care of in a timely manner so 1800petsupplies assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY I am sure most of there products if not all are bought from other manufacturers so DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE.

Customer service has gone way down hill.

I am a ferret owner and have been a loyal customer for over fiver years now. I have loved this company until last year in a half. Customer service has gone way down hill. I've always felt like this was the best deals and place to buy products from. I could always count on what they said for delivery time being truthful and when there was a problem it was taken care of right away. I have recommended this place to many friends and have been disappointed to say each person recommended experienced orders being dragged out into multi orders with extra shipping charges added, and they have also experienced poor communications when there were issues. I didn't understand this as my experiences were always good but no longer. My last several orders I have had said 2-3 days delivery and have taken 2-5 weeks to get without any explanations. I understand the virus has made shipping orders harder now but then you should not still be guaranteed 2-3 day delivery and letting customer know when orders are taking longer. My pet just like us needs to eat and have a clean area to sleep in. I can't run out of items for them and I order accordingly before things run out. I have an order out now which said 2-3 day ship and I have not been told items were out of stock or there was a problem and it is going on three weeks now and all I get is orders being processed. I called on Monday and was told was in warehouse waiting to go out and someone would get back to me and never did,called today twice and was put on hold and actually disconnected both time. My pet is totally out of items and I will have to go order somewhere else as cant rely on when this will ever show up. I will no longer order from them just to save a couple bucks if can't guarantee when items will ship or communicate with me when there an issue I need to feed my pets and care for them then you don't deserve my business bye bye.

Purchased a cage from this company because they said it shipped in 2-4 days. On day 7 I received an email saying it wouldn't be shipped for several more days. I called customer service the first time and was told the order would be rushed. I then called again because I was sent no confirmation email about the rush. I asked to speak to a supervisor or with the warehouse where it was being shipped from and I was told I couldn't speak to them because they didn't know how to get into contact with them. They don't know how to contact their supervisors?? I ended up cancelling my order because this is a joke of a company. Don't buy from them unless you want to be put on hold for hours at a time and never receive your items.

On June 10, I ordered ten puppy vaccines that needed to be shipped with 2-day shipping due to the vaccines needing to stay cold. Vaccines arrived hotter than a bowl of soup, and the two small lousy ice packs that we're thrown in the styrofoam cooler we're melted and no sign of them being even remotely cold. I have called on three occasions, and each time the person who answered the phone could not remember the company name! This tells me they 1800petsupplies is using a third party company to give it's customers the runaround. Each call I would make, I would be told that I would receive a call within 2 business days. I still have not received one single Call back from this company. I decided to write them online in which I received an email confirming that 1800petsupplies received my complaint, and that is as far as I have gotten with this company. Once you fork over your money, don't expect any customer service or anything else from their end.

Two previous orders had no problems. complete and accurate, prices good, products fine. Ordered May 25, 2020. Was supposed to have 24-count, large dog Greenies. Order didn't ship until June 13. UPS carton had only a bag of 12 Greenies. I have been calling &;;;;;;;;;;; sending email for weeks and no one responded. Had to send a dispute claim to my credit card. Customer service is terrible. Might never be corrected. Paid almost $40 for 12 Greenies.

False Advertising/Fraud

My mother ordered a 3-month supply of Frontline for cats on 08/08/17 that cost $35.35. She received an email two days later to confirm that it would arrive in 5 days. It never came! Two weeks have gone by and my mother calls the company to learn that the product she ordered is coming from London, England! No. We do not want that. Who knows what the *** is in that flea stuff. It could be vegetable oil or a poison that can kill your pet! This company falsly advertises products that are not from the United States, and most often than not most people have not received any reinbursement, which is fraud. Do not do business with these scam artists.
